About the role:
We’re looking for a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our Technical Operations team. Your mission in this role developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support GMP-compliant manufacturing operation. You’ll provide hands on technical support across the facility infrastructure and product equipment. You’ll use data driven approach where to extend asset life and reduced cost.
Your day will also include:
- Managing and optimizing CMMS system to reduce cost and minimize downtime
- Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies across critical utilities, infrastructure and production equipment.
- Analyse performance data to identify failure modes and develop strategies to boost uptime and equipment lifespan.
- Respond swifty to equipment breakdowns and provide technical support to production teams
- Develop KPI’s, dashboard, and repots to drive decision making and performance improvements Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP standards and Health & safety regulations (HSWA)
About you:
You’re hands on technical engineer with strong practical skills and a keen eye for details. You thrive on solving complex issues and improving systems reliability using data driven methods. You understand that clear, through documentation is critical for long term success, compliance and continuous improvement – and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to ensure it done right. A significant part of your role will involve working with platforms like MaintainX so prior experience is essential. You communicate effectively, manage task efficiently and bring strong commitment to both safety and continuous improvements in everything you do. You have had hands-on experience developing KPI’s, dashboards, and performance reports ideally using tools like Power BI, Excel or similar and you know how to use them to support decision making and drive continuous improvement
