As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a committed and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth running of our daily operations.

We offer both dine-in and catering services, accommodating up to 100 guests.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a committed and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth running of our daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, upholding quality standards, and supporting the Restaurant Manager across all aspects of restaurant performance.
This position requires leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
What we offer:
A Full-time permanent role - 30 minimum guaranteed work hour per week
The rate of pay or salary: $27.00 - $30.00 /hr. before tax
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage staff scheduling and training
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Handle cash management and assist in financial reporting as required
Requirements and skills:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in a restaurant or fast-paced food service environment is essential.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to customer service and cleanliness.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings up to 10pm, as well as weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine interest in Vietnamese cuisine and cultural hospitality.
