Charge Hand
This exciting role sees you supporting our high performing processing team, who are responsible for processing freight from our Arney Road location. This part time role covers the AM freight processing from 4.30am Monday to Saturday.
You'll engage and support the team by communicating and setting objectives. This includes meeting consistently high service standards through effective management of freight flow and continuous improvement. You'll also manage the accurate and timely capture of data ensuring all systems are updated as per operational requirements.
Reporting to (and acting as, in their absence, a 2IC) to the Area Service Delivery Manager, you'll provide support in leading the team in accordance with NZ Post's values and vision as well as managing resources within the operational needs and budget for the Processing area.
You will need to be the type of person who takes a hands-on approach, demonstrating a commitment to safety and fostering a high performing, positive team culture.

- $26.84 per hour + extra alowances!

What We Need From You
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, from 4.30am - 8.30am and Saturday 4.30am - 7.30am
- Forklift experience (current OSH or F endorsement is required)
- Demonstrate confident computer skills
- Show a solid understanding of logistics management
- Have knowledge of long-haul transport networks
