Our East Tamaki branch is seeking a keen and helpful Business Services Support (level 1) professional to provide front-line IT support with excellent customer service and communication. You will be one of the IT team's go-to people for troubleshooting, resolving IT issues as they arise and escalating user / service requests via a ticketing system, liaising with vendors and employees alike. We're looking for a real go-getter who can liaise with the services team and provide support on applications as well when needed.
We are looking for a minimum of one years' experience and someone with an eye for detail and the desire to grow and seek development opportunities.
This role can be based in either Auckland or Christchurch

Main Responsibilities
- Provide level 1 IT support: ticket triaging, follow-ups on overdue tickets, basic troubleshooting, printer / driver installation etc
- Light documentation development
- Backup monitoring
- Annual budget set aside for professional development / study
