OneMusic Customer Support Representative
Apra Amcos

OneMusic is looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active candidate to fill the 12-month contract role of Customer Support Representative in the Tāmaki Makaurau office.
Background to the role:
OneMusic (a joint licensing initiative between APRA AMCOS and Recorded Music New Zealand), exists to simplify music licensing for New Zealand businesses. When music is played in a business, such as a bar, a gym, a cafe or a retail store, permission is typically required. The easiest way to secure that permission is through a licence with OneMusic. At OneMusic we educate designated industry sectors about licensing obligations and our role in ensuring that music creators are compensated for the use of their work.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position.
Does this sound like you?
If you love to work in a small, passionate and forward-thinking team and would enjoy the challenge of educating businesses as to why a music licence is required, then we'd love to hear from you!

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people

- Ability to pick up information quickly
- Aware of the importance of getting it right the first time with attention to detail, data accuracy and ability to question if things don’t look accurate
- Be adaptable, resilient, and able to quickly think on your feet. A positive attitude, passion, and drive
While this role is one that requires specific skills and experience, we are encouraging people from all diverse groups who are interested in this position to put an application in, even if they're not sure if they meet every single bit of the selection criteria.
