We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to support the implementation of a project management tool across our clients organisation.

This initiative aims to consolidate existing tools (such as Google Sheets, Excel, Asana, MS Planner) into one platform (Asana) to improve efficiency and visibility across projects.

This is a 2-3 month contract

Auckland location, hybrid working arrangement

What does it take?

• Collaborate with the business to understand and document requirements and current workflows.
• Identify what is needed to onboard all teams onto Asana, including defining user roles and setting up additional users.
• Assist with the rollout of Asana across the organisation.
• Evaluate and document the integrations required with other systems (e.g., Sentient, SAP, Events Calendar).
  
  

Why you’re special..

• Strong knowledge of Asana or a similar project management tool.
• Excellent traditional Business Analyst skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive progress.
