About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
We're looking for a Marketing, Events & Sponsorship Coordinator to play a key role in delivering impactful marketing initiatives and experiences that bring the nib brand to life. In this role, you'll lead the coordination of engaging event activations that support growth across all sales channels, as well as internal events.
You'll manage sponsorships end-to-end, ensuring obligations are met and working proactively to maximise value and brand exposure through creative and strategic leverage opportunities. You'll also support broader marketing initiatives including campaign development, content creation, and brand-aligned communications. In addition, you'll act as the key contact for external agencies, managing briefs, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables are delivered on time and on budget.
About you | Ko Wai Koe
- At least 2 years experience working with sponsorship and events
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders
- Capable to work independently and pick things up quickly
- Ability to create and recognise effective copywriting
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and to work to deadlines
- Experience managing relationships with external agencies
- Excellent organisational and presentation skills
