Operations Manager

We are looking for a qualified Operations Manager. This is a full time permanent position and will consist of handling the full operations of our Security Services Company.

To be considered for this position you’ll have at least a qualification at Diploma level or higher or at least two years of relevant experience. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames. You will also vitally have knowledge in the running of a similar company and at least two years of relevant experience is essential for this role.

You will be also expected to perform management tasks such as obtaining and negotiating new contracts, creating reports for work, communicating with customers, financial transactions, ordering products, HR Duties and staff management. You will be solely responsible for our business operations with other management staff reporting to and supporting you.

This is a full time Permanent position and successful applicant will be required to manage the business as well as its staff and other third parties

The minimum number of hours for this position is 30. The minimum payrate is $29.66 per hour and the maximum payrate is $35 per hour.
