We are a well-established cabinet design and manufacturing company currently located in Mount Wellington, Auckland. We provide quality service in the aspects of cabinet design, manufacture, and installation.
We employ an experienced Human Resources Clerk who could help us in the HR sector.
We now require a full-time (30-40 hours/week) Human Resources clerk to join our team. You should have more than 5 years of relevant work experience or a relevant level 6 or higher qualification.
Tasks for Human Resources clerk include:
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards allocating human resources, space and equipment
- Managing records and accounts of the office
- 5 or more years of Administration Experience
- Maintain accurate records across HR, safety, and environmental systems.
- Maintain employee leave taken and accumulated
- Maintain employee salaries, superannuation and taxation
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- A proactive, organized, and solution-focused approach
- Relevant qualifications in H&S and/or HR
