A leading tech innovator in the financial crime prevention space is looking for a commercially savvy Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of technology that’s making a real impact – supporting major clients across ANZ.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in driving client engagement and growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts. As the bridge between product, marketing, and the customer, you’ll be trusted to:


  • Own the relationship – build strong partnerships, deliver ongoing value, and become a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities – upsell, cross-sell, and support the adoption of new solutions.
  • Develop and execute plans – create detailed account strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Report and forecast – contribute accurate sales projections and account updates.
  • Be hands-on – collaborate internally to shape the client experience and ensure consistent delivery.


What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:


  • 3+ years in SaaS, FinTech, or Digital Technology sales/account management.
  • A solid grasp of the Financial Services or Financial Crime Prevention sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships and consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Confidence with CRMs (Hubspot or similar), reporting, and forecasting tools.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude.
