Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi / The Opportunity

As part of the Industry Engagement Team, you'll drive our sales strategy to make us the top choice for work-based learning. Our programs empower employees and boost business success.

In this mid level sales role, we're seeking a fresh and dynamic sales hunter with 2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in education, security or healthcare, to drive B2B and B2C sales. You'll be key in expanding our client base, growing existing accounts and building high-impact business relationships within the work-based learning sector.

In This Role, You Will Cover

  • Help develop growth strategies, identify new markets, and spot opportunities to expand the organisations reach.
  • Generating fresh sales leads. This involves prospecting for new clients and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Forming strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry partners in Healthcare and Security.
  • Oversee existing accounts to ensure exceptional service and identify new opportunities for growth.

Ko Koe Tēnei / About You

  • 2-4 years client facing sales experience
  • Track record of success in driving revenue and managing key accounts within a B2B space
  • Experience working in Sales within the Education, Healthcare or Security space
  • Valid and clean NZ Full Licence and ability to travel across NZ as required
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in using CRM systems
