Are you passionate about customer service and looking to be part of a fun, fast-paced environment? Hellers - New Zealand's leading manufacturer of bacon, ham, and smallgoods - is on the hunt for a friendly, reliable Shop Assistant to join our Kaiapoi team!

As a Shop Assistant, you'll be the face of our Kaiapoi factory shop - helping customers with a smile while ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors - friendly, helpful, and always professional.
• Rotating inventory, and replenishing shelves.
• Operate Eftpos/till systems accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and safe - maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
• Promote Hellers' values and culture in all interactions.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Eftpos/till systems is a plus.
• Strong physical ability for lifting and restocking.
• A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
