Site Foreman – Construction (ANZSCO 133112)
Location: Canterbury Region
Pay Range: $32 – $40 per hour
Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week (additional weekend work may be required depending on demand)

Greentech Tech Industries Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction site activities for our growing operations in the Canterbury region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to guide construction work
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed
• Coordinate and schedule material deliveries and workforce allocations
• Report daily progress and issues to project managers

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role; or
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical construction documents
• Sound knowledge of health and safety practices and compliance

This is a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Additional hours, including weekend work, may be required based on project demands.
