Key Responsibilities
Assist walk-in and phone customers with auto part inquiries and sales.
Identify correct parts based on customer needs using catalogs and systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and inventory.
Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
Build and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers.
Ensure shelves are stocked and organized, and assist with stocktaking.
Liaise with suppliers for special orders or unavailable items.
Requirements
Relevant Qualification or Relevant Experience
30 hours per week an $25 to $30 per hour
Strong knowledge of car makes, models, and related parts.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Physically able to lift parts and stand for extended periods.
A full driver’s licence is an advantage.
