Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity We're looking for the next Branch Manager to lead the team at our Cromwell store Your key focus will be:
    Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture Building a strong community environment within the store and strong relationships with our shareholders Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement Managing budgets, P&L and financials Being a presence on the shop floor, serving customers and coaching team members

    A proven track record of leading successful teams in a retail environment The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business Sound knowledge of rural products and services, especially relating to the horticulture sector Experience coaching team members and training them on best practices Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology
