LINCOLN NZ LIMITED, operates Buns & Rolls located in LynnMall, New Lynn, Auckland. We are now seeking a dedicated Food Bar Manager/Shop Manager to lead our team and help us grow while maintaining the authenticity of our cuisine.

LINCOLN NZ LIMITED, established in December 2022, operates Buns & Rolls located in LynnMall, New Lynn, Auckland. We are dedicated to serving fresh, authentic, and flavorful Vietnamese street-style cuisine.
We are now seeking a dedicated Food Bar Manager/Shop Manager to lead our team and help us grow while maintaining the authenticity of our cuisine.
What we offer:
A Full-time permanent role - 30 minimum guaranteed work hour per week
The rate of pay or salary: $27.00 - $29.00 /hr. before tax
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure service efficiency, food quality, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Maintain fast and efficient operations with a strong emphasis on quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Handle administrative tasks including payroll coordination, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement effective sales promotions to boost engagement and sales when needed.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, manage costs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate staff rosters aligned with business needs.
- Handle cash, and perform opening/closing duties.
Requirements and skills:
- A Level 6 diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Business, Management, or a closely related field.
- Administrative experience in managing paperwork and sales-related tasks is preferred, along with the ability to assist in developing promotional materials.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- The ability to speak multiple languages is a real bonus — Vietnamese is especially desirable but not essential, as it supports effective daily communication with our kitchen staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to food quality and hygiene standards.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, as operationally required.
- A genuine interest in Vietnamese cuisine and culture.
