Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
- Build and develop solid relationships with SkyCity's premier VIP customers
- Assist customers with any booking requests i.e Restaurants, Hotels, travel
- Promote marketing events & activities
- Ensure our customers are gaming responsibly. Proactively monitoring all guests and also acting on continuous play/stay alerts and reports.
- A friendly and outgoing person who knows how to go the extra mile
- A strong verbal communicator who is comfortable approaching people & making conversation
- Sensitive and empathetic to other's needs
- Someone who has pride in their appearance with a professional image
- Someone who has a proven track record in customer facing roles
- The availability to work rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation, particularly over nights & weekends
- Be over 20 years of age
- Have a clear credit history and criminal record
