We’re looking for a creative, motivated Multimedia Content Intern to join our team this summer. This role is a unique opportunity to combine storytelling, technology, cutting-edge software, and hands-on exploration of heavy earthmoving equipment.
You’ll support our user assistance and documentation initiatives by designing engaging multimedia content (including graphics, animations, and short videos) for a customer-facing portal and training courses. Your work will help operators and technicians better understand and get the most out of our grade control solutions. It will become the template for the team to build on in the future.

You’ll support our user assistance and documentation initiatives by designing engaging multimedia content (including graphics, animations, and short videos) for a customer-facing portal and training courses. Your work will help operators and technicians better understand and get the most out of our grade control solutions. It will become the template for the team to build on in the future.
What You’ll Do
- Create visually compelling content to support end-user documentation, including how-to videos, tutorials, UI animations, and short video explainers for a customer-facing portal
- Collaborate with product managers, app specialists, technical writers, and UX designers to identify high-impact opportunities for visual content
- Prototype and iterate on multimedia concepts to help users understand complex workflows
- Capture and edit high-quality video content using professional lighting and sound techniques, including screen recordings and field footage
- Explore and document real-world interactions with heavy machinery and grade control technology
- Help with asset management, publishing workflows, and establishing multimedia best practices
- Receive mentorship and coaching opportunities to strengthen skills in multimedia content creation and design
- Current enrollment in a degree program in multimedia design, digital media, communications, UX design, instructional design, or related fields, preferably in your second or third year of studies
- A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates storytelling through visual media (animations, videos, graphic design)
- Proficiency with some or all of the following:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator)
- Maya or Blender for 3D content
- Camtasia, Figma, and Lottie, or similar
- Experience with high-quality video production, including lighting, sound capture, and post-editing
- Passion for simplifying complex technology through clear and engaging content
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in construction technology or heavy equipment is a plus
- Real-world experience shaping modern user assistance. You’ll help redefine how technical content is delivered through interactive media, animations, and visual storytelling
