Key Responsibilities
- Carry out emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance on equipment to achieve world-class line efficiency
- Collaborate with Production Departments, Site Services, Maintenance Technicians, Shift Fitters, calibration technicians, contractors, and Project electricians to ensure seamless operations
- Work within our Mainpac Maintenance system to capture work, allocate parts, and complete tasks efficiently
- Achieve departmental KPIs and contribute to reducing customer complaints
- Adhere to MAF regulations and demonstrate role model behavior in following company Health and Safety policies
- Contribute to achieving business sustainability targets through efficient use and disposal of resources
- Identify and action hazards, and share information and ideas to drive continuous improvement
- A registered and licensed electrician with experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Experience working with PLC – preferred
- Mechanical background – a bonus for us!
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
