We’re looking for experienced project engineers to join our Auckland team.

At Caliber Design, we’re an engineering consulting firm with a unique business model. What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor), with flexibility to work in client-specific environments
  • Experience on large scale industrial sites, including H&S and permit systems
  • Familiar with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing
  • Experienced in coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, internal teams & other stakeholders
  • Familiar with testing, commissioning and performance verification of mechanical systems
  • Quick to adapt to client culture and site protocols
  • Strong communicator, confident working with clients and internal teams
  • Proven ability to build client relationships quickly
  • Excellent time management and multitasking across multiple projects
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive in identifying issues and delivering practical solutions
  • Machine design experience highly regarded
