DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Customer Service Specialist, Air & Sea in Auckland.


The Customer Service Specialist supports the logistics supply chain by communicating with customers and service providers to provide information and resolve issues. They assist the reporting Manager in delivering exceptional service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and complaints.


Your typical day at DSV:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing accurate service information via phone, email, Teams, or CargoWise One.
  • Source rates and share details about DSV services to support customer needs.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt follow-ups when needed.
  • Enter and manage data in CargoWise One, ensuring all quotations and client rates are up to date for auto-rating.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and recommend process improvements.
  • Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency while following operational procedures.


About you:

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues and delivering top-tier service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, consistently meeting KPIs and driving operational excellence.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum five years of experience in freight forwarding within a relevant department.
  • Experience using CargoWise One is preferred.
