Green by Nature is a leading greenspace and facilities maintenance company and is committed to delivering solutions and excellent service to our clients across Auckland. We currently have an opening, and we are now seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Assistant/Help Desk Support.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Financial Assistant/Help Desk Support who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment and is focused on delivering exceptional business support. Based from our depot in Henderson, this is a key role within our team and carries a significant amount of responsibility and we seek interest from highly motivated individuals who enjoy a challenge and take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service both internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Data Entry: Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completion
- Asset Management: Overseeing and updating the asset management system
- Subcontractors: Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritising and allocating workloads
- Monthly Reports: Analysing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customers
- Accounts: Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work orders
- Management Support: Providing high-level support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and their teams
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar industry. Other attributes include:
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as excellent report writing skills
- Experience in financial management and proficient in tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoicing, and handling monthly billing procedures
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs, Excel, Word, Outlook and demonstrated expertise in data entry
- Holds a valid full, NZ driver's license
