Green Cross Health is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition Manager in the mission of recruiting our GP workforce across 65 medical centres in New Zealand. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle (360) recruitment process for international GPs, assisting them in finding suitable roles and relocating to New Zealand. Key responsibilities include advertising, interviewing, contract preparation, Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) registration, HR credentialing documentation, and immigration job checks. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all recruitment activities are executed accurately and promptly.

Key Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong emotional intelligence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with Medical Council of New Zealand registration pathways.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organized approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously with an eye for detail.
