Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role focuses on leveraging MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity to enhance integration within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will contribute to the development of robust application networks ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of MuleSoft technologies and domain expertise in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions to streamline integration processes within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy MuleSoft Integration strategies that enhance data flow and operational efficiency
• Utilize MuleSoft Application Network to create scalable and secure applications that meet business requirements
• Analyze existing systems and propose innovative solutions to improve integration and connectivity
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MuleSoft applications and integrations
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and optimize performance
• Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and trends to continuously improve development processes
• Document all development activities and processes for future reference and training purposes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of MuleSoft tools and techniques
• Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of insurance operations positively impacting society. Qualifications
• Possess extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity demonstrating expertise in integration and application network development
• Have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance understanding the specific needs and challenges of the domain
• Demonstrate proficiency in MuleSoft Integration showcasing the ability to design and implement effective solutions
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient technical solutions
• Show strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
