The Opportunity
- We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front of House Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure the efficient execution of various front office functions, maintaining high standards of client service. You will work closely with our team, supporting client engagement and operational excellence.
- We offer a part-time position with a structured and balanced work schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This totals 32.5 hours per week, providing ample opportunity to manage your work-life balance and pursue personal interests. - Provide a professional, friendly reception service including meeting and guiding visitors, ensuring visitor health and safety requirements are met and attending to needs they may have while in the building.
- Manage all onboarding activities including access card, ID Tags, Carparks, staff photos etc.
- Maintain room bookings as required including resolving booking conflicts as these occur, and ensure requirements are coordinated with other Office Operations staff.
- Ensure local and national KPMG telephone line is attended to, responding to callers efficiently.
- Provide an effective first-point-of-contact service to internal staff and Partners, including coordinating catering, travel, deliveries, beverage requests.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are set up on schedule, cleared after meetings and at all times presented and maintained in a professional condition.
- Actively participate in the health and wellbeing of the office environment.
- Provide back of house service incl. kitchen tidy, stock replenishment, coffee machine maintenance etc.
- Assist the wider Office Business Support team with duties as required and cover various roles during staff absences.
- Experience in an administrative or hospitality role is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service and operational support.
- Professional experience in administrative roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and staff.
