Are you a Power BI expert ready to make a real impact? Join Kiwibank as an Operational Change Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term/secondment and take the lead in designing automated dashboards and delivering data-driven insights that influence business-wide change. You'll look after the Enterprise View of Change Calendar, identify scheduling conflicts, and provide clarity to senior stakeholders through compelling analytics. At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Proven experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and automation
• Strong data analysis and data storytelling skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong time management skills – you'll thrive under tight deadlines
