Due to internal movement, we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Lead to join our close knit Supply Chain team. The Customer Service Lead plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience for their particular market.

If you have a strong understanding of order management, excellent attention to detail, and awesome relationship building skills, this could be the role for you!

Key requirements:

  • A minimum of five year’s experience in supply chain, with strong experience in customer relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident and experienced to manage full spectrum of customer orders, shipping requirements and awareness of exporting requirements via MPI.
  • Known for building strong stakeholder relationships, having exceptional communication skills and ability to cut through and focus on priorities.
  • Knack for problem solving and passion for continuous improvement to work smarter to achieve our lofty goals.
  • Energetic individual who thrives on a challenge, works collaboratively and has a passion for the customer.
  • Multi-tasker who thrives off a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn and develop and of course have fun along the way!
