What you will be doing

Now we're looking for a dynamic, purpose-driven Transformation Leader to take the wheel of our ambitious ChargeUp programme.
This role is about more than managing projects — it's about shaping the future of insurance for New Zealand and Pacific. Reporting to the Chief Claims Officer, you'll lead with heart and hustle, aligning strategic initiatives with our big-picture goals and delivering measurable impact that matters.
Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance and delivery of the entire ChargeUp transformation lifecycle — from planning to execution to closure.
- Be the trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring benefits are delivered.
- Manage programme budget, risks, dependencies, and change management with confidence and clarity.
- Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness across the programme, and bring the right people together to make things happen.
- Oversee and align multiple projects and workstreams, balancing interdependencies and Tower's wider Delivery Framework.
- Use your voice and vision to lead reporting, storytelling, and strategic communication around progress and value delivered.
- Address and resolve conflicts within and between Squads, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Encourage and support innovation and experimentation within Squads, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or change programmes — ideally in insurance or financial services.
- A strong background in consulting, programme management, or transformation leadership.
- A collaborative, agile mindset with the ability to juggle complexity, influence stakeholders, and bring order to chaos.
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate complexity into clarity and inspire action at every level.
- Analytical smarts and commercial awareness — with a solid grasp of how insurance businesses operate and succeed. Confidence and credibility working with senior leaders and boards
