Red Badge Group is looking for a people-centric leader to join us in a senior client-facing role, responsible for leading over 50 frontline team members and 4 site supervisors across a portfolio of key client sites. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and support to your teams – while driving performance, service excellence, and a culture that reflects our values.

This role is perfect for someone who has progressed through hands-on leadership roles and is ready to make a broader impact across people, clients, and business outcomes.

About the Opportunity

  • Lead and inspire frontline teams across multiple client sites
  • Coach, support, and develop a team of supervisors to grow their own leadership impact
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients – trusted, consistent, and solution-focused
  • Embed great people practices through onboarding, training, performance coaching, and engagement
  • Monitor team wellbeing, service delivery, and performance through site visits, feedback, and data
  • Ensure compliance, rostering, and workforce systems are well-managed and people-focused
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across safety, culture, and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams on workforce planning and operational delivery

What You’ll Bring
You are a natural leader of people – someone who knows what it means to work your way up, who earns trust, and who brings out the best in others.

  • Demonstrated progression within your current or previous organisation, ideally into leadership roles
  • 3 years’ experience managing dispersed teams
  • Strong people management skills – from coaching and developing others to managing performance
  • Excellent relationship-building ability with both clients and team members
  • A practical understanding of workforce systems, compliance, and employment law
  • Confident decision-maker who can adapt quickly and manage competing priorities

A qualification in business, leadership, or operations is welcomed – but your real-world leadership experience matters most.
