How You’ll Do It
In this diverse and hands-on support role, you’ll gain experience across all areas of HR. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administration: You’ll be the friendly face behind our shared mailbox, giving accurate advice on policies, procedures, supporting recruitment processes, generating employment agreements, and documentation for employment matters.
- Recruitment & Recognition: You’ll provide recruitment admin support, including drafting and posting roles and assisting with the coordination of our employee recognition program, Champions!
- General Support: You’ll work alongside our C&P team on a variety of projects to support key HR objectives and respond to enquiries from right across our diverse business environment.
- Reporting & Systems: From time-to-time, you’ll compile, update, and share regular HR reports, ensuring data integrity and supporting key business processes with clear, accurate information.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- A sharp eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and exceptional organisation.
- Confidence juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to adapt to new systems and technologies quickly.
- Relevant qualification is preferred, but not essential. Bonus points if you’re studying towards or have experience in HR or are familiar with NZ employment agreements and legislation.
