• Strong Business Project experience delivering multiple workstreams.

About The Role

This role supports our client's strategic goals and business plans by developing, implementing, and monitoring projects and programs to the required standards. You'll also be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the relevant workstreams, in close collaboration with the Programme Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides project management oversight across multiple work streams within a larger Programme
• Develop project briefs, identifying and agreeing scope, outcomes, benefits, and constraints.
• Implement and maintain sound project management controls, including planning, resource management, reporting, monitoring, risk mitigation, change control, and quality assurance
• Manage all financial aspects of relevant workstreams, working closely with the programme lead.
• Work closely with workstream Leads and Business Analysts to understand and identify activities to embed the process and system changes in the business.
  
  
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager specifically within business transformation workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to articulate complex information succinctly.
• Well-organized and confident in your ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Highly driven and focused on achieving project goals.
• Willingness to put in the effort required to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ability to work in the Wellington office 3-4 times per week.
