Join Kiwibank's Customer Protection team and expand your career, gain valuable experience in financial crime, customer protection, and risk management. As a Customer Protection Representative you will:

• Triage phone calls and manage the inbox, handling inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Complete initial analysis of fraud, scams, disputes, and trends to ensure appropriate referral of alerts and loading of cases.
• Educate customers on what to look out for and how to prevent falling victim to financial crime in the future.
• Provide initial advice to our customers and frontline on fraud and scam cases, payment disputes, chargebacks, and potential fraudulent transactions.
• Accurately and timely processing of customer requests, case loading, and money movements.
