Service Line Leader – Asset Investment Advisory
The Service Line Leader Asset Investment Advisory is responsible for growing the service line through specialist technical expertise in Asset Investment. Providing advice in all phases of infrastructure including an outcome focussed approach to client investment decisions, development of evidence-based business cases and linking outcomes to proposed government or entity priorities and strategies.
The Service Line Leader provides operational management and leadership of the service line to achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients and our stakeholders through maximising commercial, people and project outcomes.
Ensuring that service lines are connected and work seamlessly with other service lines, sub-sectors, and other operational parts of the business is a key factor of success.
Auckland location is preferred but we will consider Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch locations.
About you:
- Preferably minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in Transport Infrastructure Advisory and or Delivery.
- Preferably minimum of 5 years’ experience in an infrastructure related management position.
- Deep understanding of business case development and strong industry reputation of delivering complex business / investment cases
- Working understanding of decision led infrastructure project development and investment cases
- Experience in developing new business by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase revenue, profit and expand market penetration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
Anticipated that your time/utilisation would be split as follows:
- Project and technical delivery – 50%
- People Management – 20%
- Client and business development – 30%
