Your Opportunity

Nutra-Life is a strong brand in our portfolio. We’re a key player in the pharmacy channel but we are on a mission to step-change our performance. You’ll be a part of the ANZ marketing team that shapes the strategic direction of the brand. Once the strategy is set, you’ll be responsible for execution in NZ with lots of exposure to the full marketing mix – 3Y brand strategy, brand and product comms, social media, NPD, in store activation, pricing/profit reviews etc. The business has high belief on the future of Nutra-Life and this role will play a pivotal role on how we unlock faster growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and being part of a wider marketing team of 9, in this dynamic role, you will have strong ownership and autonomy to drive this brand to greater heights. You’ll be executing big initiatives, collaborating across teams, and making an impact on our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in ANZ brand plans:
  • Lead the execution of the full marketing mix in NZ: Oversee and manage the comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Execution of ANZ NPD as well as end to end development of NZ-led NPD
  • Play a key role in ANZ brand plans: Contribute to and lead the execution of brand and category goals.
  • Lead the execution of the full marketing mix in NZ: Oversee and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Execution of ANZ NPD and NZ-led NPD: Drive end-to-end development and launch of new products tailored for the NZ market while supporting ANZ innovation initiatives.
  • Champion Nutra-Life’s presence across all channels: Elevate the brand image through effective online, social media, and in-store marketing.
  • Lead local campaigns and promotions: Plan and execute BTL campaigns and national marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, NPD, Innovation, and Regulatory teams to deliver seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market and category insights: Deliver data-driven analysis to support decision-making and refine brand strategies.
  • Manage product portfolio: Ensure optimal product range performance through regular reviews and strategic recommendations.

About You( Skills , Education & Experience)

  • Experience: A brand champion with at least six years of brand marketing within the FMCG or consumer product environment, ideally within OTC, supplement, pharmacy category. You’ll be armed with examples of how you’ve lead brands to success
  • Education: A degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong project management abilities, and the capability to handle multiple projects with ease. Strong commercial acumen, curiosity in mining data, financial understanding, and confidence in presenting internally and externally. As comfortable talking strategy as you are executing big initiatives.
  • Personality: You’re energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive – a natural collaborator who thrives on teamwork.
