We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Auckland and report to the Head of Talent. This role will support the business to ensure we are progressing our hiring strategy, by partnering and understanding business requirements to identify, attract and hire great people, whilst influencing and adding value to outcomes that help our business long-term.

About The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team in Auckland and report to the Head of Talent. This role will support the business to ensure we are progressing our hiring strategy, by partnering and understanding business requirements to identify, attract and hire great people, whilst influencing and adding value to outcomes that help our business long-term.
You Will Focus On
- Execute our people growth plans for the business to meet current and future staffing demands.
- Partner with the business to understand their roles and requirements, to proactively support them through an exceptional recruitment process.
- Take accountability for full life cycle recruiting. This will be across many functions of our business, from Sales, Customer Service to Technology, Compliance and Distribution.
- Keep up to date with talent market insights and trends.
- Identify the best sourcing channels for different candidate segments.
- Create candidate pipelines and build on the Generate brand.
- Offer an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

What Else Will Help You Succeed
- 4 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment space. Ideally both in-house, doing end-to-end recruitment and agency, working with clients to service their recruitment needs.
- Experience hiring volume and hard-to-fill roles, from entry-level to supervisors.
- Previous experience using recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, etc).
- Creative thinking and strong sourcing skills to find new ways to attract talent. You possess a remarkable flair for spotting talent, not just on paper, but beyond it.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise your workload based on business needs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse array of people, from Team Leaders to Heads of departments.
- Flexibility to adapt to change and find innovative solutions. In the ever-evolving world of recruitment, you are always ready for the next curveball.
