About The Role
Working within a dynamic national team, delivering high quality geotechnical engineering projects to a range of clients. You will have a strong understanding of geotechnical challenges across for a diverse range of residential and commercial land development projects, be solution focused with design and reporting skills, and coordinate with key stakeholders and consultants on various projects from investigation to completion.
Your ability to understand client needs, propose innovative solutions, and drive project success will be crucial in this role.

About You
- Bachelor of Engineering Civil or equivalent specialising in Geotechnical
- Minimum of 10 years+ experience with a minimum of 5 years within New Zealand
- CPEng preferred
- Strong technical abilities with experience in shallow and deep foundations, ground improvements and other NZ specific geotechnical solutions
- Your dedication to client satisfaction will be instrumental in driving business growth and positioning us as a leader in Geotechnical Engineering
- Strong leadership, whilst being a role model for promoting high work standards to deliver client projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills, thrives in client-facing roles, and excels at building and maintaining strong partnerships
- Thrive on a challenge and be motivated to provide innovative solutions for our clients
- Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
