You’ll be responsible for setting up and supporting staff devices and user access, managing service desk requests, assisting with event setups, and contributing to the upkeep and automation of our infrastructure. You'll also help improve internal processes through scripting and documentation, with guidance from senior team members.

We value practical thinking over perfection. The right candidate will be able to balance priorities, deliver incremental improvements, and consider long-term maintainability and resource use.

The Specifics

  • Support automation and scripting tasks using PowerShell or Python
  • Maintain accurate and clear technical documentation
  • Identify and suggest improvements to internal workflows with a focus on efficiency and usability

What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you)~

  • Some experience in IT support or systems administration
  • Basic scripting ability in PowerShell or Python, or a strong willingness to learn
  • A curious and practical mindset, with a focus on improving systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Comfortable with Windows and has some exposure to Linux
  • Able to balance competing priorities and deliver in stages, focusing on what works rather than overcomplicating solutions
  • Takes an iterative approach, delivering functional solutions early and improving them over time based on feedback
  • Considers long-term maintainability and value when designing or implementing changes
  • Open to learning new technologies

Nice to have~

  • Exposure to version control, APIs, automation, or cloud environments
  • Experience with service desk platforms, monitoring tools, or in-office event support
  • Interest in data operations or scripting for system integration

Why join us?

  • Get hands-on with real systems and real impact from day one
  • Learn from experienced engineers who enjoy mentoring
  • A team that values initiative, curiosity, and practical thinking
  • A great place to grow your skills with room to take on more over time

What we offer in return~

  • Personal growth – in leadership, commercial acumen and technical excellence
  • To be part of a global, winning high growth organization – with a career path to match
  • A vibrant, culture full of people passionate about transformation and making a difference -with a one team, collaborative ethos
