We’re looking for a Programme Administrator to coordinate and streamline administrative support services across all our schools. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our enrolment, communication, and compliance functions run smoothly, are consistently applied across our campuses, and meet New Zealand’s regulatory standards. Job Duties

  • Coordinate group-wide operational programmes including enrolments, onboarding, and parent communications
  • Maintain student records across campuses using ENROL and other internal systems
  • Manage deadlines and reporting obligations to ensure compliance with NZQA and Ministry of Education requirements
  • Draft and distribute internal communications such as newsletters and parent notices
  • Liaise with staff, parents, and education agents across all three schools to support consistent processes and messaging
  • Monitor workflows and suggest improvements to administrative systems and service standards
  • Prepare supporting documentation for audits, compliance reporting, and student files

Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a programme coordination, education administration, or office management role
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across teams or departments
  • High level of proficiency in digital systems such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM/education platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in an independent or international school setting
  • Familiarity with ENROL, NZQA Code of Practice, and Ministry of Education roll return processes
  • Completion of the Ministry of Education's ENROL Administrator course

Preferred:

  • Qualification in education administration, business support, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting multi-campus or remote learning environments
  • Knowledge of New Zealand education legislation or school registration/compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with school communication tools such as HERO, Schoolbox, or similar platforms

Minimum Pay and Hours

Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum (approx. $35.90 – $41.03/hour)

Minimum guaranteed hours: 37.5 hours per week

Maximum hours: 40 hours per week (as required)

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Auckland. You must be able to work at our Takapuna campus.
