Crimson Education
Date: 2 days ago
City: Auckland, Auckland
Contract type: Full time

Join a pioneering independent school group supporting students both online and on campus. Our three-school network — including two leading online schools and one physical school — is committed to delivering exceptional learning outcomes to students across New Zealand and around the world. Crimson Consulting Limited, operating under the newly-established "Crimson Academies" brand, operates Crimson Global Academy, Mount Hobson Academy, and AGE School.
We believe great student outcomes rely on more than just academic content — they depend on well-run systems, clear communication, and strong operational foundations.
We’re looking for a Programme Administrator to coordinate and streamline administrative support services across all our schools. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our enrolment, communication, and compliance functions run smoothly, are consistently applied across our campuses, and meet New Zealand’s regulatory standards. If you're highly organised, systems-savvy, and thrive on managing logistics across multiple stakeholders, this is your chance to make a tangible impact in a growing, global-facing education environment.
Job Duties
Essential:
Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per annum (approx. $35.90 – $41.03/hour)
Minimum guaranteed hours: 37.5 hours per week
Maximum hours: 40 hours per week (as required)
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Auckland. You must be able to work at our Takapuna campus.
