Working at our Albany Box Lobby, our Mail and Customer Service Officer deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

- On call - work as and when required between Monday to Saturday: 07:00 - 17:45
- Location: 11A/ 110 Don McKinnon Drive, Albany
- $26.84 per hour paid fortnightly

- A valid NZ Full drivers license and your own vehicle
- Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Administration and data entry skills
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
- Proven experience in customer service positions
