  • Lead negotiations for Trading Terms agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes that support both company goals and partner satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new distribution opportunities and inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Review and manage trade spend effectively to guarantee strong return on investment while maintaining budgetary discipline.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the Key Account team to enhance their capabilities, encourage professional growth, and ensure alignment with organisational values.
  • Continuously evaluate existing strategies to identify areas for improvement and adapt approaches to changing market conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
