We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Digital team at our Newmarket office. Reporting to the Analytics & Insights Manager, you'll play a key role in unlocking the value of our data by supporting our analytics function across the business.
This role is critical in enabling Watercare to make informed, data-driven decisions. You'll work closely with Analytics Specialists and Data Engineers to implement robust data solutions and present insights in engaging, accessible formats that support our strategic goals.
You'll drive data quality, uncover trends, and contribute to a culture of data stewardship. Your work will directly support key initiatives and improve performance across the organisation.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for data, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong customer focus. - A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Recognised technology certifications
- Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, WherescapeRed)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience working with SaaS systems like SAP or Oracle
- Experience in analysing, cleaning, and loading data for system replacement projects
- Understanding of data regulations and data governance best practices
- Knowledge of data quality management tools and policies
- Familiarity with data in HR/payroll systems is a plus
