The Role
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-loving Ecommerce Specialist to join our Equipment & E-commerce team at Les Mills International.
In this hands-on, performance-focused role, you’ll be at the heart of our global online stores—driving onsite execution, optimising the end-to-end shopping experience, and making sure everything from product pages to promotions is running smoothly and effectively.
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms—building landing pages, coordinating product updates, managing onsite testing, and ensuring campaigns go live without a hitch. You’ll partner closely with UX, content, creative, and development teams (plus some great agency talent) to create seamless, high-converting experiences that reflect our brand and meet our commercial goals.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, inclusive team that thrives on energy, innovation, and a shared mission to create a fitter planet—one great shopping experience at a time.
Skills And Experience You'll Need
You’re a digital doer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for performance, and a love of turning insights into action. Curious and collaborative, you thrive on testing, optimising, and getting things done. You bring a strong grasp of ecommerce fundamentals and customer journey best practices—and you know how to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making across channels like email, web, and social.

- Coordinating and executing testing roadmap across ecommerce and marketing channels (email, on-site, and social).
- Running campaigns using tools like email platforms, CMS systems, and ecommerce tech.
- Turning performance data into actionable insights that boost conversion.
- Working with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools like Adobe Commerce, Google Analytics, etc.
- Keeping an eye on competitor moves and industry trends to guide strategy.
- Collaborating confidently with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Applying a sharp analytical mindset to uncover insights and drive action
