Cafe Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cafe manager to join our dedicated and busy team for breakfast and lunch. start date immediately.

Location: Our shop is located at Hobsonville, Auckland.

Hours of work: The roles are full-time positions, 30-50 hours a week Mon-Sun.

Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate $29.66 - $30

Duties and tasks:

• Managing the day to day operations of the cafe
• Social media management
• Stock management and ordering
• Daily Barista duties
• Liaising with suppliers and organising any equipment

• Recruitment and training of staff for Kneads

• Progression meetings/issuing pay rise/handling payroll queries
• Involvement in developing/editing menus
• Staff rosters according to labour costs
• Cash ups
• Implementing and Maintaining FCP to meet requirements

Skills and knowledge required:

• 3 years' relevant cafe or restaurant managerial work experience OR diploma in hospitality management

• Friendly patient and pay attention to details.

• Fit and healthy.
