Introduction:

We are on the hunt for a vibrant and detail-orientated receptionist to join our administration team. We’re looking for someone who will be the friendly face of Strata Title Administration, and who is passionate about delivering a great experience to our clients and suppliers. You’ll also be able to flex your excellent administrative skills in support of the Admin Team.

Description:

The role

You’ll be the face of our company, looking after all things reception (phone lines, walk-in visitors, and email), ensuring everyone you interact with has a fantastic experience. You’ll also run a tight administrative ship, ensuring everything is well organised with nothing missed.

You will report to one of our Lead Administrators, and be responsible for:

  • Greeting, welcoming and providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaising with service providers, chairpersons, building managers, committees and owners
  • Maintaining all meeting rooms and the office, ensuring we are always presented professionally
  • Applying professional problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Provide efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.


Skills and Experiences:

About You

You are passionate about great customer service and are a multi-tasking wizz with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders with ease. You probably have previous experience working with the public, administration, finance or data management. You will be used to delivering timely and accurate information and interacting with a wider team. We would also like you to have the following:

  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing customers/clients needs
  • Ability to manage the demands of an evolving environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
