Delaware North New Zealand is hiring a Supervisor Reservations - Groups to join our team at Pinewood Lodge in Queenstown. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of group bookings, leading efficient operations in the Groups Reservations department.

- Ensure group bookings align with ADR and Occupancy Goals
- Manage invoices and payments effectively
- Prioritise positive guest experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, marketing and securing new business opportunities
- Knowledge or experience with Opera Reservation System
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in accommodation venue management, preferred
- Diploma or degree in tourism management or tourism marketing, preferred
