Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As the Financial Crime Governance & Reporting Lead, you'll play a key role in:

  • Crafting high-quality governance reports for senior leadership, the Board, and regulators.
  • Leading the Financial Crime reporting cycle and dashboard insights.
  • Supporting risk assessments and control testing to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
  • Reviewing and enhancing policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Providing secretariat support for internal and external Host Responsibility meetings.

Mōu | About You

  • Proven experience in governance, risk management, and reporting—ideally in a highly regulated industry like gaming or financial services.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of control testing techniques and risk frameworks.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
