Financial Crime Improvement & Performance Lead

As the Financial Crime Improvement & Performance Lead, you will:

• Drive operational enhancements and compliance strategies through data insights.
• Lead initiatives to improve AML/CTF processes and reduce financial crime risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement performance improvements.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and develop performance frameworks.
• Provide strategic advice and reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.

Mōu | About You

• A tertiary qualification in finance, law, criminology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or financial crime prevention.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF legislation and regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
