What You'll Do
- Translate intricate technical designs such as access control protocols and firewall rules into structured requirements that can be easily understood and actioned by engineering and support teams.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, schedulers, project managers, and field operations staff to optimise onboarding processes and streamline delivery workflows for new infrastructure rollouts.
- Prototype and refine Salesforce flows as well as other delivery tooling to ensure operational efficiency and clarity throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Support process design initiatives by mapping out current versus future-state workflows using tools like Confluence and Jira to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion end-to-end rollout readiness by identifying potential risks early on and collaborating with technical leads to develop mitigation strategies.
- Document user stories clearly and manage backlogs effectively so that development priorities remain transparent and achievable.
- Act as a bridge between technical experts and non-technical stakeholders by communicating complex concepts in an accessible manner
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure rollouts or service operations within technically complex environments.
- A deep understanding of Secure Access principles, network design fundamentals, and the intricacies involved in coordinating multi-team delivery efforts.
- Proven familiarity with Salesforce workflows alongside strong proficiency in Jira-based operational tooling for managing tasks and tracking progress.
- Comfort navigating bugs or unexpected system behaviours while maintaining composure during fast-paced deployments or high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated skill in requirements gathering through thoughtful engagement with stakeholders at all levels—ensuring nothing is lost in translation from concept to execution.
- Expertise in backlog management techniques coupled with the ability to write clear user stories that guide development teams efficiently toward shared objectives.
- Experience mapping current versus future-state processes as well as data flows using industry-standard documentation tools such as Confluence.
- A collaborative mindset characterised by empathy for colleagues’ perspectives; you bring people together around shared goals rather than working in isolation.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—that enable you to explain complex ideas simply without losing essential detail or accuracy.
