About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
Reporting to the Head of New Zealand Operations, the Senior Manager, Adviser & Group Services will lead functional areas that optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of Adviser & Group Services operations for nib NZ, Health & Life. This role will be responsible for the design and delivery of an aligned and consistent approach across workforce management, training, productivity and planning that fosters the delivery of an excellence member experience and operational efficiencies.
This role will see us building a culture of growth and development across our teams to ensure we have highly skilled and engaged teams. It will also have responsibility for input into strategy and planning for NZ Operations.
About you | Ko Wai Koe
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Business, Management or related discipline
- Extensive leadership experience in contact centres and or operational business units with proven ability to lead a centralised team
- Strong leadership experience and capabilities suited to a transformation environment with the ability to develop a strong vision and build strong cross function teams
- Strong strategic focus, planning and leadership capability
- Strong understanding of productivity and resourcing processes
- Extensive change management experience in an operational capacity
- Workforce management experience
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Proven experience developing and delivering strategic programs of work with a focus on digital transformation, automation and workforce optimisation
