Branch Manager - Wellington

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to drive business growth, operational performance, and team development across their Wellington Branch. This position reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for an established, growing team committed to delivering an industry-leading essential service through innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with NZ legislation, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Foster a high-performance, quality & values-based culture with a customer centric mindset.
• Lead and inspire the Branch to achieve sales, safety, and compliance targets.
• Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage fleet maintenance and operational planning for a growing team of professional drivers.
• Build strong customer relationships and support the sales team in exceeding targets.
  
  

About You

• Compliance-focused with a commitment to health, safety, and quality.
• Strong people management skills with a proven track record of business growth and people development.
• Proven leadership across operational and commercial roles. Ideally within the transport industry.
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Logistics or Management are a plus.
• Heavy Vehicle License is advantageous.
